Tuna with mashed potatoes

Additional ingredients

  • 1 liter of water
  • 250 g of tuna
  • 300 g flury potatoe
  • 30 g of butter
  • 2-3 tbsp. of milk
  • salt

Preparation

  • Insert the tuna in a marinade of wok oil, sesame oil and soy sauce and allow to rest in the fridge for 60 minutes.
  • Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Then mash the potatoes.
  • Stir in butter and milk slowly and salt to taste.
  • Fry the marinated tuna in a frying pan for about 5 minutes. Then cut into slices.
  • Serve with the mashed potatoes.
