Spicy Beef-Vegetables-Wok

Spicy wok with loads of veggies and tinder beef.

Ingredients for: 2 servings


Shan´shi ingredients

Additional ingredients

  • 300 g fillet of beef
  • 4 shallots
  • 50 g of sugar snaps
  • 1 small can of baby corn
  • 1 red pepper


  • Slice the fillet of beef into strips. Peel the shallots and cut the shallots into halves. Wash the sugar snaps, strain the baby corn and rinse out. Wash the pepper and cut into strips.
  • Heat up the wok oil in a wok or a frying pan and sear the fillets of beef. Add the vegetables, cumin, ginber, sambal oelek and soy sauce and fry with stirring for about 5-7 minutes.


Serve with Shan'shi egg noodles or rice.
