- Slice the chicken. Peel and dice the onion.
- Mix the yoghurt with cumin, curcuma, wok spices, 1 pinch of cinnamon and 1 pinch of cloves. Then mix with the chicken strips.
- Heat up the frying pan and sear the chicken-yoghurt mixture with the onion. Season with coconut milk, tomato paste, salt and pepper.
- Season according to taste with sambal oelek. Then let the mixture braise for about 10 minutes.
Serve with wok rice.
