- Cut the meat and the vegeatbles into slices. Prepare the wok rice according to the packing instruction.
- Heat up the mixed spices 1 together with the wok oil in a wok or a frying pan. If the spices begin to smell, add meat and vegetables and roast it.
- Add the freshly cooked wok rice, the soy sauce and the mixed spices 2 and roast it for about 5 minutes with stirring until the desired colour.
