- Peel and mince the garlic for the marinade and scramble with honey and hot water. Then cover the duck breast with the marinade and allow it to rest overnight in the fridge. Blend the remaining marinade with water (you will need it later).

- Cut the duck breast into slices. Arrange the vegetables on a hot plate and put the duck breast on it. Douse with gravy and serve with rice.
