Fried pork with pineapple

Shan´shi ingredients

Additional ingredients

  • 350 gram of pork
  • 1 small can of pineapple
  • 8 mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp of chicken stock
  • 2 spring onions, 1 finely chopped clove of garlic and 1/2 tsp of sugar


  • Cut the meat into fine slices, quarter the mushrooms and finely chop the spring onions. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok and fry the garlic until gold brown. Add meat and mushrooms as well as the rest of the ingredients.
  • Let the mixture cook at high heat until the meat is cooked. Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste.


Serve with rice.
