Chinese courgette with oyster sauce

Crunchy vitamins with the Chinese all-rounder sauce.

Ingredients for: 2-4 servings

Additional ingredients

  • 700 gram of courgette
  • 125 ml of chicken stock
  • 1 large clove of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2 spring onions (finely cut)


Cut the courgette into 5 cm slices and then into 1 cm sticks. Heat a wok or a frying pan and pour 2 tbsp of oil into it. Fry the spring onions, garlic and courgette for about 2 minutes, add oyster sauce and chicken stock and leave the mixture to simmer without cover for about 5 minutes.



Serve with rice as a main dish.
